Our Process
Step 1: Wedding Questionnaire
Click here to fill out our wedding questionnaire and submit online. This form will help us provide you with a quick and accurate bid for your wedding flowers.
Step 2: Sign Up for a Consultation
Once we receive your floral questionnaire, we will contact you to schedule a consultation! If you are unavailable to meet in person, we are always happy to begin the floral process over email!
Step 3: Book with Barnwood Farms!
At Barnwood Farms, we make the process of selecting your wedding flowers simple and stress-free. After your initial consultation, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive quote within one week. To secure your date, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit alongside a signed booking contract.
We strive to offer flexibility and convenience, so we accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. Once you’ve booked, we’re happy to work with you to adjust your proposal as your wedding plans evolve!
Step 4: Final Consultation
In addition to your initial meeting, we will also get together about 4 weeks from the date of your wedding to wrap up final details.
Your remaining balance is due two weeks before the event and everything is completely changeable up until that point.
